- Legal Entity: We are registered as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), the Indonesian equivalent of a limited liability company.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak), and we are fully compliant with all corporate tax obligations.
- Business Identification Number (NIB): We hold a valid NIB obtained through Indonesia’s Online Single Submission (OSS) system, which serves as our primary license for conducting business, including export activities.
Product & Export Compliance

- Harmonized System (HS) Code Classification: We are experts in customs classification. Our products are meticulously documented under the correct HS Codes (primarily HS 4601.21 and HS 4602.11) to ensure accurate duty assessment and smooth clearance.
- International Phytosanitary Standard (ISPM 15): To prevent the international spread of pests, all our shipments are fumigated by a certified provider. A Fumigation Certificate is issued for every container, and any solid wood packaging used (e.g., pallets) is ISPM 15 stamped and compliant.
- Certificate of Origin (COO): We provide a formal COO (also known as Form AK) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade.
